At Cali Tides, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and labels must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Opened or used products.
- Peptides, bacteriostatic water, and other research products that have been opened or improperly stored.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the shipping package.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item.
- An incorrect product sent by Cali Tides.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Return Authorization
Please contact our customer support team before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
